What is blooming the gardens?

The Longview Arboretum is constantly in bloom! Our volunteer brigades have planted over 3,500 daffodils for an early spring display, and various pockets in the gardens will enjoy seasonal plantings. New plant material is regularly delivered to the arboretum, and we look forward to revealing the layers of discovery as spring weather warms the earth. The Gifting Tree, located inside the Visitor and Nature Center is our gift shop in partnership with Heartisan's Marketplace, and features fresh garden-centered inventory and charming surprises during their hours of 10a-4p Wednesdays-Saturdays.

Please register for the e-newsletter on the home page to receive news, event announcements and special exhibits. A benefit of registering for this e-newsletter is hearing the first hints of future plans for the children's gardens and the greenhouse, and the quarterly newsletter written by our executive director, Steven Chamblee.
