The Longview Arboretum and Nature Center is a beautiful gathering space for friends seeking a peaceful place to be reminded of the beauty found in nature, as well as larger groups needing an intentional location to disconnect from technology and stress. With indoor meeting room spaces, lecture halls, and lounge spaces, as well as children's classrooms and party room space, the Visitor and Nature Center at 706 West Cotton Street can accommodate a variety of events from corporate retreats to baby showers. Outdoor spaces available for rental include the Stage at Water's Edge and the Hilltop Gazebo. Please contact info@longviewarboretum.org for more information and to be connected to an event planning specialist.
The Longview Arboretum and the Visitor and Nature Center will offer private rental opportunities while the main gardens are still available for public tours. We can accommodate weddings, memorials, and private parties upon request. Please visit, call 903/212-2181, or email info@longviewarboretum.org to better understand how this garden in the heart of Longview blooms for all the best events.
There will be seasonal and special events hosted from the Longview Arboretum for the public to enjoy including special exhibits, lectures, a ROOTS music series on Thursday evenings, and our annual Holly Days in the Gardens. Please visit our calendar for a full roster of upcoming dates.
In addition to events crafted by Longview Arboretum volunteers, many local organizations have opportunity to host their events within our garden spaces as well, and for large scale events our West Gate can be utilized with overflow parking at the Maude Cobb Activity Center.
